Signia MaX
The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid built on Signia's new MaX platform, using four AI systems that work together to make group conversations in noise easier to follow.
One of the hardest situations for anyone with hearing loss is a lively group conversation where several people are talking at once and noise is coming from every direction, like a restaurant or a family gathering. The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is built specifically for those moments. It's the first hearing aid on Signia's new MaX platform (short for Multi-adaptive Xperience), and instead of using artificial intelligence for just one job like reducing noise, it runs four separate AI systems that work together at the same time.
Each one has a different focus, and by sharing information with each other, they give the hearing aid a fuller picture of what's happening before deciding how to handle the sound. The goal isn't to silence the world around you, but to keep you connected to the people you want to hear while still feeling present in the room. It's a rechargeable receiver-in-canal device available at our Las Vegas and Henderson offices.
Key Features of the Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX
Here's what the Pure Charge&Go MaX offers, explained in plain terms.
- Four AI Systems Working Together (Acoustic Intelligence™): Rather than one AI handling everything, four specialized systems each watch a different thing (speech, your own voice, the overall environment, and background noise) and coordinate so the hearing aid responds to the full situation, not just the noise level.
- RealTime Conversation Enhancement AI (Follows Group Talk): This feature locates and boosts the voices of the people you're talking with, and keeps up as the conversation jumps from person to person around a table.
- Own Voice Processing AI (Makes Your Voice Sound Natural): New hearing aid wearers often feel their own voice sounds too loud or strange. This feature keeps your voice sounding natural, and unlike the previous generation, it works right away without needing a setup step in the office.
- Dynamic Noise Control AI (Smart Noise Reduction): Instead of just turning noise down, this system considers what kind of noise it is, where it's coming from, and whether you're actively in a conversation, then decides how much to soften it, preserving sounds like traffic when awareness matters for safety.
- OneConnect Bluetooth Connectivity: The MaX combines several wireless options in one hearing aid, including standard Bluetooth, the newer Bluetooth LE Audio, and telecoil (for hearing loops found in some theaters and public buildings), giving it broad compatibility across phones, TVs, and assistive listening systems.
- Rechargeable with Portable Charger: There are no small disposable batteries to handle. The MaX charges fully in about four hours, and it comes with a pocket-size charging case that holds up to four extra charges for days away from an outlet. A 30-minute quick charge provides up to six hours of use.
What Makes the MaX Different, and Why the Fitting Still Matters
The main idea behind MaX is that background sound isn't always the enemy. The chatter in a restaurant or traffic on a street can compete with speech, but it also helps you feel present and aware of your surroundings. The four AI systems are designed to figure out, moment to moment, what to soften, what to keep, and what to bring forward. In Signia's own research, 97% of participants performed better with MaX in noisy group conversations compared with key competitors. These are manufacturer-sponsored results, so we treat them as promising evidence rather than the final word, and we weigh them alongside independent testing and how a device actually performs for you.
That last point matters, because even the most advanced hearing aid only performs as well as its fitting allows. We don't select hearing aids based on marketing claims alone. We evaluate your hearing loss, your ability to understand speech in noise, your real-world listening challenges, and your goals before deciding whether a device like the MaX is the right fit. If it is, we program and verify it carefully, then use follow-up visits to confirm it's genuinely helping you hear better in the situations that matter most to you.
